Foundation fees

The Sweethearts Foundation is an independent Not for Profit organisation and as such, relies heavily on the fees from members to run the program. Membership fees contribute to a range of annual costs to the Foundation including:

  • Performance / Sound support
  • Mentors / Artist workshops / camps
  • Travel fees outside of local region (Bus hire, driver, petrol etc.)
  • Repairs, maintenance and equipment upgrades
  • Insurances

All members must be financial to be involved in our bands. If band members are needing support with any payments we do offer payment plans specific to band member’s needs.

Band members are reminded that there are additional costs from time to time with camps, food and extended transport depending on the venue.
